Who we are

This policy explains how 32 North Capital LLC, doing business as 32° North Capital Advisors (“32° North,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information collected through www.32northcapital.com (the “Site”). It does not cover information we receive under a signed engagement, which is governed by that agreement.

What we collect

Information you send us. When you use the “Tell us about your deal” form, we collect your name, email address and, if you provide them, your phone number, property type, loan amount, financing need and the details you write about your project. If you email us, we receive whatever you include.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and similar request data to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse.

Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other sites and does not identify you personally.

How we use it

We use the information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate and discuss a potential financing or advisory engagement, follow up on that conversation, keep the Site secure, understand how the Site is used and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run the Site and our business:

• Service providers that act on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, security and analytics), Resend (delivering form submissions to our inbox) and Microsoft (our email). They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
• Lenders and investors, but only after you engage us and agree to have your deal presented to them.
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, our clients or others.
• Business transfers, if 32° North is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Cookies and similar technology

The Site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We store one small setting in your browser to remember your cookie choice.

The office map on our contact section is provided by Google Maps, which sets its own cookies. The map loads only if you accept cookies or click “Show map.” Google’s use of that information is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting relationship, and afterwards as long as reasonably necessary for our records, legal obligations and the resolution of disputes. Server request logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period.

Security

The Site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and form submissions travel over encrypted connections to our inbox. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send highly sensitive information, such as account numbers or Social Security numbers, through the form.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it by emailing info@32northcapital.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, such as the right to opt out of certain processing or to appeal a decision about your request; we will honor those rights as the law requires. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children

The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
