These Terms of Use govern your use of www.32northcapital.com (the “Site”), operated by 32 North Capital LLC, doing business as 32° North Capital Advisors (“32° North,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

No offer, commitment or advice

The Site is for general information about our services. Nothing on it is an offer to lend, a commitment to provide financing, an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, including any bond issued on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange or any private placement. Any engagement, financing or investment happens only under separate written agreements and the terms of the applicable lender or investor.

Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Please consult your own advisers before making a financing or investment decision.

Track record and figures

Statistics, closing examples and other figures on the Site describe past transactions and our historical averages. They are illustrative, are not a guarantee or prediction of the terms, timing or outcome of any future transaction, and depend on market conditions, the property, the sponsor and lender requirements.

No client relationship

Contacting us through the Site does not create an advisory, brokerage or other client relationship. A relationship begins only when both parties sign an engagement agreement.

Information you send us

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. Please do not send confidential information you are not prepared to disclose before an engagement or confidentiality agreement is in place. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle what you send.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, sending spam or unsolicited promotions through the form, scraping it in bulk or using it for any unlawful purpose.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
